At Mama Mia Creative, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer a full refund on eligible items.
RETURN POLICY
Returns on full-priced merchandise are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Products must be in the same condition as when you received them.

Track Your Shipment: Please use a trackable shipping method, as Mama Mia Creative does not provide prepaid shipping labels. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Receive Confirmation: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your credit card or original payment method. Please allow a few days for the refund to appear on your account.
