RETURN POLICY

Returns on full-priced merchandise are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
• Products must be in the same condition as when you received them.

Please note that the following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

If your return meets our policy requirements, please follow these steps:

1. Submit a Request: Email your refund request with your order number to info@mamamiacreative.com.

2. Ship the Item: Send your return to the following address:

3. Track Your Shipment: Please use a trackable shipping method, as Mama Mia Creative does not provide prepaid shipping labels. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

4. Receive Confirmation: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Refund Processing: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your credit card or original payment method. Please allow a few days for the refund to appear on your account.
