We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that any orders placed after 12 PM ET on weekdays, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing the next business day.

• Processing Time: Orders do not ship on the same day they are placed. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for order processing after placing your order.
• Delivery Time: Standard orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days following order confirmation.
• Free Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $59.

VERIFICATION

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is authorized and verified, you will receive a confirmation email.

We begin preparing your order immediately after verification. While this quick processing time makes it challenging to modify or cancel orders, we will do our best to accommodate any changes if possible.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

After your order has been processed, you can easily track your shipment:

1. Locate the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email we send you.
2. Click the tracking number to be taken to your item's tracking page or visit the carrier's website and enter the tracking number manually to follow your shipment’s progress.
